Rental properties for the military - NATO

The military has allowed 123Wonen to mediate for foreign tenants as expats in the Netherlands. The tenants originate from the 23 NATO countries. Because of the great demand, we are looking for diverse properties for our relation. 

 For this project, we are searching for houses in the Netherlands that meet the following demands:

• Independent/semi-independent property;                                                                            
• Minimum of 1 bedroom;
• Both furnished and upholstered (dependent on rental period/candidates);
• Available for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 3 years;
• Rental budget varies from 500,- tot 1800,- per month excl. utilities 

The type of property is dependent on the candidate/function. It varies from appartments to separate houses. Lease contracts will be made according to the conditions of the Military (for example with a diplomate clausule).
