At walking distance from the cosy centre of Alkmaar is this lovely house with its typical 1930s details. The many and large windows ensure that the living room is very bright. From the old back room, the French doors open out onto a small terrace and the deep back garden facing southeast. Here you can enjoy both sun and shade in summer. The location is excelent. Everything is within reach from here, near the historic centre of Alkmaar, cultural park ‘de Hout’ and the Heilooërbos. In addition, you are quickly on the roads around Alkmaar towards Amsterdam/Haarlem and Heerhugowaard.

The lovely bright living room has a bay window with beautiful stained glass windows and the wooden floor is very nice.  The new kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances, including a large gas cooker and a nice tiled floor. From the dining room, French doors lead to the lovely back garden.
