Located in the village of Eenigenburg is this beautiful and spacious home on the Surmerhuizerweg. The village centers of Tuitjenhorn and Warmenhuizen are 10 minutes by bike and larger places such as Schagen and Alkmaar can be reached by car within 15 to 20 minutes. 10 minutes away by car, you get to the beach. You walk straight from the house into the polder landscape, but also your daily amenities such as stores and supermarkets are a short bike ride away. The village is a quiet, social village and there is almost only local traffic here. Located on the Westfriese Omringdijk.

First floor: The house has two main entrances. Through the general front door you enter a spacious hall with a long corridor. The corridor connects to the first bathroom, 2 bedrooms and the living room/kitchen. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink.  The modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, 5-burner stove and double oven. The double doors in the kitchen open onto the large terrace with panoramic views.

From the sitting area of the living room you have a beautiful overview of the spacious garden and the polder landscape. A pellet stove is available in the living room. 

A second private front door gives access to an independent office space. Here you enter into a small hallway where there is a toilet with hand basin. In the study is enough desk space for 2 to 3 workstations. The study connects to the central corridor of the house.

Finally, there is a utility room with a back door. 

Second floor: With the stairs in the living room, you get to the second floor. Here you will find the 2 other bedrooms. The bedrooms are in good condition with lots of character. On this floor you will also find the second bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, bathtub and sink. In addition to the amenities, this bathroom also stands out for its modern style.
