Parc La Dune is located on the outskirts of Schoorl and Warmenhuizen. Close to dunes, beach and sea and cosy villages, such as artist village Bergen where you can enjoy the terraces and cosy shops in summer and the art ten-day festival, Christmas market and cosy restaurants in winter. At 10 km from the town Alkmaar.

Ground floor: Entrance hall with toilet and door to separate room with dryer and washing machine.

Furnished living room with PVC floor and stairs to 1st floor. Fully equipped modern kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher and combi-oven.

Sliding doors to the garden. The property has underfloor heating on all floors.
